1. What sort of frequency limits are in place? How fast can I hit the web services while still within my quota allowances?

   Frequency limits are indeed in place, but only as a matter of abuse prevention. Please read this announcement for the details.

2. What frequency limits are in place for the Sandbox environment?

   Per IP address: 70 requests per second (rps), for a sustained period (sliding window) of 3 minutes.

   Per license key: 70 rps for a sustained period of 3 minutes.

3. How often should we get the URL from the Location service?

   If your application uses sessions, you should get the Master Account URL once per session. If your application does not use sessions, you should get it once per day. Both of these recommendations are per master account id.

   An example of a session would be a single running instance of a desktop application, or a user logging into a web-based application.

4. How often do you expect that the WSDLs will change?

   We don't expect any major changes. If we do have any changes we will notify all customers as soon as possible.
