BidInformationService provides operations to help you make
decisions about keyword bids.

getBidsForBestRank
Return the highest and lowest keyword bids required for the ads in the ad group (specified by adGroupID) to appear in the premier range. The bids are tied to the market associated with the master account specified in the EWS request.

Response
BidInformation - The highest keyword bid and the lowest keyword bid.
getBidsForBestRankForCarriers
Return the highest and lowest keyword bids required for
the ads in the ad group (if specified) and
market to appear in the premier range for the
specified carriers.
If no carrier is specified, the response will contain the data for the carrier that
has the highest bid.

Return the highest and lowest keyword bids required for
the ads in the ad group (if specified) and
market to appear in the premier range for the
specified Network.
If no Network is specified, the entire network is considered.
